Ken Bianchi CPA, MBA, CVA
Ken is a partner with more than 30 years of financial and executive management experience, including 15 years as the CFO of businesses in various industries including AT&T Government Solutions, CPA Global North America and Thompson Creek Window Company.
His experience includes supporting all aspects of more than 40 M&A transactions across the United States and Europe. He has served and advised the management teams of several small and middle market companies, which has helped them achieve their business goals. He has also developed and executed business strategy, and designed and built business intelligence and decision support systems.
Ken is a CPA and earned his MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst.
Richard Trimber JD
Richard is a partner with more than 20 years of experience as a business executive and an Am Law 100 corporate finance/transactional attorney. Richard’s M&A experience includes supporting financing activities of a pre-IPO IT security and satellite imaging company, securitization transactions for various entities, and capital-raising initiatives for private equity and venture capital funds. Richard also has deep experience advising founders and entrepreneurs on succession planning.
He has served as an award-winning President and COO for two of the country’s largest contractors, and has developed and implemented strategic turn-around plans that have produced results.
Richard earned his JD, cum laude, from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law.
